The Secretary shall keep all records and minutes of meetings of the Association and of the Executive Board and shall be responsible for preserving the annual reports of historical records of the Association.

• Must be an active member of the Arizona Mathematical Association of Two Year Colleges.

• Term is for two years and duties are assumed on January 1 of odd years.
