- Serve for a period of two years starting January of odd years.
- Assume the office of the presidency for the following term.
- Attend AMATYC and ArizMATYC Conferences.
- Serve as Affiliate Delegate to AMATYC Delegate Assembly at the National Conference (usually Saturday afternoon).
- Serve as Membership Chairperson.
- Keep spreadsheet up-to-date (in shared Google Docs folder)
- Email treasurer with any discrepancies
- Email members whose membership is expired or is about to expire
- Email new members to confirm receipt of payment (per Treasurer) and membership (include membership expiration date)
